The U.S. Merchant Marine Academy held its 2016 Awards Convocation on Friday morning at the Ackerman Auditorium as part of Graduation Weekend festivities. Four major athletic award winners were announced during the ceremony the Male and Female Athletes of the Year as well as the two Coaches of the Year along with a number of other athletic awards and honors.
